How to Prepare for Your Treatment

1. Avoid Exfoliating

Avoid exfoliating for 2–3 days before your appointment to help prevent skin sensitivity.

2. Pause Active Skincare

Discontinue active skincare ingredients such as:

  • Retinol
  • Acids
  • Acne treatments
  • for 48 hours before your facial.

3. Stay Out of the Sun

Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 3 days before your treatment.

4. Share Your Skin History

Tell your esthetician about:
